From high school guidance counselor to stay-at-home mom to True Colors facilitator to actress and filmmaker to betrayal trauma mentor, my life has been blessed with many opportunities. But the underlying thread through it all is my desire to touch people’s hearts in an authentic way.​
I love to read, travel, play mahjong and scrapbook! I prefer sunrises over sunsets and the mountains over the beach (though it is close!). When I need to exercise I enjoy playing volleyball, tennis and pickleball. I am a strong Blue with my Gold/Orange tied for second in True Colors and an Enneagram 9. I also love my iced chai tea latte!
